- 1 cup sushi rice
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 can (5 oz) spicy tuna
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup crab meat
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 sheet nori, shredded
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Combine the rice and water in a pot and bring to a boil.
- Once boiling, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 18-20 minutes. Remove from heat and let it steam for another 10 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt until dissolved. Stir this mixture into the cooked rice.
- In a mixing bowl, combine spicy tuna, cream cheese, crab meat, mayonnaise, sriracha, and green onions.
- Spread the rice in a baking dish. Layer the tuna and crab mixture over the rice.
- Top with shredded mozzarella and nori.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm.
