  • 1 cup sushi rice
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 pound salmon fillet
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 sheet nori, cut into strips
  • 1 avocado, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cook sushi rice according to package instructions.
  3. Meanwhile, season the salmon fillet with soy sauce, sriracha, and mayonnaise.
