- 2 pounds chicken thighs
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 2 cups carrots, sliced
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 2 cups potatoes, diced
- 1 cup frozen peas
- salt to taste
