  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 2 celery sticks, diced
  • 4 cups vegetable broth

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, carrots, and celery. Cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
