  • 1 pound provolone cheese
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 medium bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and bell pepper, sauté until soft.
  3. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  4. Layer provolone cheese over the turkey bacon mixture and let it melt.
  5. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly before wrapping.
  6. Roll the mixture in low-carb wraps and place on a baking sheet.
