Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the diced bell peppers, spinach, turkey bacon, and chicken ham to the egg mixture.
  4. Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray.
  5. Pour the egg mixture evenly into the muffin cups.
  6. Sprinkle cheese on top of each muffin cup.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the muffins are set and slightly golden.
