  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the chicken breasts and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  4. Add the broccoli, bell peppers, and carrots to the skillet and sauté for 5-7 minutes.
