  • 4 pieces chicken thighs
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil.
  3. Place chicken thighs on a sheet pan and pour the marinade over them.
  4. Add pineapple, bell pepper, and broccoli around the chicken.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
