A delicious and hearty Gnocchi Zuppa Toscana recipe made with turkey bacon and chicken ham, perfect for a comforting meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound gnocchi
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups kale, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and chop.
  2. In the same pot, sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
  3. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Stir in the gnocchi and cook until they float.
  5. Add chicken ham, kale, and heavy cream. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Simmer for a few minutes, then serve topped with chopped turkey bacon.
