  • 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup carrots, julienned
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 green onions chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions, set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add sliced chicken and cook until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add bell peppers, carrots, and garlic, and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper, and mix well.
  6. Add the cooked noodles and toss everything together until well combined.
  7. Garnish with green onions before serving.
