- 1 block firm tofu
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Press the tofu to remove excess water.
- Cut tofu into cubes and marinate with soy sauce, honey, and garlic.
- Coat marinated tofu with cornstarch.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the tofu until crispy.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds and green onions on top.
