  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the turkey bacon and cook until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the diced chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  5. Stir in heavy cream, chicken broth, lemon juice, lemon zest, and garlic powder.
  6. Simmer for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  7. Add the cooked pasta, crispy turkey bacon, and Parmesan cheese; stir to combine.
