  • 8 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 cup onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups cabbage, shredded
  • 1 package potstickers (frozen)
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. Add sesame oil to the pot and sauté onion until translucent.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, cooking until fragrant.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add cabbage and frozen potstickers; cook until potstickers are heated through.
  6. Stir in green onions, soy sauce, and rice vinegar.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds and crumbled turkey bacon.
