Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter, eggs, vanilla, and sour cream.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  5. Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
