  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
  • 2 jalapeños, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 cup tortilla chips, crushed

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, sauté onion and garlic until soft.
  2. Add diced chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  3. Stir in tomatoes, chicken broth, black beans, corn, jalapeños, cumin, chili powder, and salt.
