- 4 pieces chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups cooked rice
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger. Marinate chicken for at least 30 minutes.
