  • 3 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut croissants into pieces and place them in a baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
  4. Pour the mixture over the croissants and add sliced bananas.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until set and golden.
