  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into florets.
  3. In a bowl, mix the flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, and salt to create a batter.
  4. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter and shake off excess.
  5. Place the battered florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Air fry for 10-12 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.

  8. Return them to the air fryer for an additional 2-3 minutes.
