1 head cauliflower
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup buffalo sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Cut the cauliflower into florets.
In a bowl, mix the flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, and salt to create a batter.
Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter and shake off excess.
Place the battered florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Air fry for 10-12 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
Toss the cooked florets with buffalo sauce and olive oil.
Return them to the air fryer for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
For added crispiness, spray with olive oil before air frying.
